Hello Everyone!
Hope you are all well!

For today's post I have decided to show you one of my favourite outfits. It is my go to outfit when I have no idea what to wear! I don't know why I haven't shown you sooner! I seriously love this outfit! It's an easy, simple outfit with some amazing floral print trousers to jazz it up!

Hope you like it! :)

Leather Jacket - Topshop
Top - New Look
Trousers - Zara
Loafers - Clarks

Starting with the floral trousers. They are from Zara and they are my favourite pair of trousers that I own! I brought them a couple of years ago and I still love them! This is my go to outfit for when I have no idea on what to wear. They can be dressed up for smart occasions, I have actually worn them to a job interview before! They can also be dressed for everyday wear, like this outfit. They are getting a tiny bit small now but as long as they fit and do up, I will wear them! Even if I have to lose a bit of weight! ;)

My leather jacket is from Topshop but as you probably know already, you can get a jacket like this anywhere now. This one is getting a bit old and battered now because I keep wearing it but I can't really pay out for another one at the moment. As long as this one is in one piece, it's fine! haha :)

The black top is from New Look and it is so comfy! You might recognise it from previous posts or the other ones I own in different colours. For £8 they are definitely worth buying because they just go with anything and they are so versatile!
My loafers are from Clarks and they are so comfy!! I love them and they go with everything! As they are real leather they did need wearing in before they become comfy but it was so worth all those plasters!

Don't forget to look out for next weeks posts as they will be all about my trip to Ireland I went on this week! It's weird to to think that this post is out and I am still on the plane home! haha! The joys of scheduling posts! :)

Hope you liked my outfit today!
Feel free to leave any comments below and I will reply as soon as I can!
Thank you for reading and have a nice evening!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you are all well!

Today's post is all about Mod Dolly's new Summer 15 Collection for ASOS!!
I decided to write a little post about my three favourite pieces from Mod Dolly's summer collection. The collection is full of floral and cute delicate insect prints! I love all their pieces but I dwindled them down to my top three.
You can see the whole collection here - Mod Dolly for ASOS

Here are my favourite three pieces that I would love for Spring/Summer!

I am in love with the beautiful butterfly print! It's so delicate and feminine! The print also comes in a mid length skirt and collared blouse which are both so pretty! The dress is perfect for the sunny days out and about with friends/family. You could also style it for an evening dinner or a special occasion!

The print on the botanical drop waist dress is just amazing! It's so detailed! I love it! As you know I love floral prints and I would love to add this to my wardrobe!! I have a wedding to attend in May and I might just have to snap this dress up to wear! Perfect excuse! :)

The dragonfly top and shorts set is perfect for a day out in the sun! I can see myself wearing this set when I'm on a day out with my family or my boyfriend. It's easy to wear and stylish at the same time! It's Perfect!

I love the whole collection but these are my three favourites! I can't decide which outfit is my number one favourite but it's out of the butterfly print pieces or the botanical print drop waist dress. Can I just have both? haha :)

Make sure you check out the collection! I'm sure there will be something you like! :)
Let me know what one is your favourite!! I would love to know!

Thank you for reading and hope you enjoyed it!
Have a nice evening!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you have had a good week so far!

Today's post is all about a beautiful vintage 1970's brooch from Style by Portobello.  I won it in a giveaway they hosted a couple of weeks ago and it arrived earlier this week so I thought I would style it for an outfit post!

Firstly, Style by Portobello is a online subscription box brand, offering to send you three hand picked vintage items in a monthly box. It can be anything from vintage jewellery, scarves to small bags. I think it is a wonderful idea and it is perfect for those who don't have access to vintage boutiques or markets. You should definitely check them out, they send out some amazing items!!
Here is the link to their website! - Style by Portobello.

Below is how I decide to style my 70's brooch, hope you like it!

Denim Jacket - Topshop
Shirt - H&M
Skirt - Topshop
Brooch - Style by Portobello
Silk Scarf - Vintage
Loafers - Clarks

At first I wasn't too sure on how to style the brooch, so I did a bit of research on Pinterest and decided that I would style it with a white collared shirt. The shirt is from H&M but you can find this type of shirt anywhere.
To add more of a vintage feel to my outfit, I added my green paisley scarf because I thought the colours of the paisley print worked well with the emerald green stone on the brooch. Plus it adds some colour and detail to the outfit.

The acid wash denim jacket is from Topshop and I thought that it looked good against the paisley print. It adds a bit of texture and more colour to the outfit. The skirt is also from Topshop and you may recognise it from previous outfit posts. I was going to wear black skinny jeans but I thought the skirt looked better with the shirt tucked in.

My loafers are from Clarks and they are the comfiest pair of shoes I own! At first they did rub my feet but like any other shoe, I just had to wear them in a bit. I love them! They are perfect for day's when I don't want to wear heels or dress up as much but they still add style to any outfit in my eyes.

That's all for today's post! Hope you liked it!
Thank you for reading and have a lovely evening!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you are having a nice week so far!

I don't know about you guys but I am dreaming of laying on a white sandy beach with the waves crashing against the sand. I am in serious need of a holiday in the sun! There are so many places I would love to go; Greece, Rome, Spain and so many more! Just somewhere hot! :)
Any suggestions?

Today's style is based on what I would love to wear on holiday. The denim jacket is more for the evenings or if it gets chilly.
You can find the item details here -
I think most of the items are from Topshop but you can see full details in the link above.

I love love love this dress! I think it is perfect for a holiday in the sun, you can style it for day wear and even evening wear. The knitted lace fabric will keep you cool but you would have to be careful incase you get sun burn through the gaps! You may end up with the pattern burnt onto your skin! If you burn that is haha :)

The sandals are so nice! I don't like wearing sandals that have the toe separator but that is just me, I'm fussy. Which is why I like these so much! I am hoping to buy these for summer, they will go with so many outfits. The bag is perfect for the essentials you need for the day, plus it is big enough for a towel if you are off to the beach!

I think the denim jacket is a must, incase you get those slightly cooler days or in the evening. Plus they are not too thick so its perfect as a cover up.

Oh I wish I somewhere hot right now! haha
Any of you off on holiday this year? If so where? :)

Thank you for reading and I hope you liked it!
Feel free to leave any comments and I will get back to you as soon as I can!

Hope you are well!

For this post I have decided to show you my favourite pieces from Topshop at the moment. This also includes some photo's of when I tried them on in London!
I will link all the items at the bottom of the post for you! :)

Here are the items that I am after at the moment -

Before you scroll down, let me apologise for the bad quality photo's, it was easier to take them on my phone rather than my big camera.

Suede skirt -

I have fallen in love with this outfit! The suede skirt is just amazing! I shouldn't have tried it on because I knew that I would fall in love with it. However priced at £75 I had to part with it! :(
I have so many ideas on how to style this skirt but its really frustrating that I can't buy it. It's just way too expensive for me at the moment.
Do any of you know where I can get a similar one? A lot cheaper than this one? haha :)

Denim pinafore -

This pinafore is perfect for spring/summer! You can layer it up if your cold and you can wear it without tights and just a t-shirt for when its hot. The styling possibilities are endless!
I would to wear a striped top underneath and with some red lipstick for a Parisian look!

Double denim -

This was the first time I tried mom jeans on. I have always thought that they would make me look stumpy but these weren't too bad I don't think. I would roll the hems up more though, I didn't do it when I tried them on because I had tights on underneath and it would have looked funny. I'm still not too sure on mom jeans but if I could find them cheap enough I would give them a go.

I love this double denim look though! I need to get myself a pair of dark denim jeans so I can pair my acid wash denim jacket with them!

Here are all the links to the items I am wearing - Topshop

(My grey ribbed top and black boots are my own and are from Primark)

Let me know which outfit is your favourite!

That's all for this post, hope you liked it!
Thank you for reading and feel free to leave any comments!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you all had a good start to the week!

Today I have been so busy sorting and packing for Ireland tomorrow! I may have left packing to the last minute but surprisingly it didn't take long at all! I think I started packing at about 9ish and I was done by 11, which isn't bad for me! haha :)

I am slightly annoyed at the luggage limits though. I am flying with RyanAir and the limits are x1 Cabin bag - 55cm x 40cm x 20cm and x1 small handbag - 35cm x 20cm x 20cm. The cabin bag is fine, I managed to fit everything in the suitcase with a few cm's to spare but the small handbag. Ugh. It's so small! I don't own a bag that fits those measurements! The smallest bag I have is a mini pink satchel that is also a few cm's outside the limit but it will have to do. I will have to squash it and squeeze it to make it fit the measurements! I also decided to pack a tote bag in my suitcase so I actually have a decent size bag for when I am out there. I just can't believe how small the measurements are! I understand that they have rules & regulations and that there might not be loads of space on the plane but a normal sized bag will still fit under the seats!

Has anyone had this trouble before? Or is it just me? haha

Since I'm all done with my little rant now, I thought I would share a few things that I am taking with me.

I am so impressed with this Nivea travel set! I brought it in Primark for only £5 and you get wipes, deodorant, shower cream, hand cream and a lip balm! (all mini versions of course) They were all under the 100ml limit for liquids as well which is a big bonus!

I had to pour shampoo and conditioner into those clear 100ml bottles as well, I made a bit of a mess when pouring it in but I managed! haha :) Also had to dwindle down on make up, so I chose - Pressed powder, Under eye concealer, Blemish stick, Dior mascara, Rimmel eyeliner and a Black eye pencil. I decided not to take any foundation because I don't use it often and I can live without it for a couple of days.

I actually managed to get four outfits in the suitcase! That's good packing for me! haha :)
I decided to only take one skirt because I can imagine it being quite windy and cold where I am staying so I wanted to play it safe with jeans/trousers and lots of long sleeved/thick tops! I have also chosen to take a pair of boots with me because I am staying in the mountains and it can get quite muddy, so I am sticking with flats this time!

That's all for tonight's post I'm afraid!
Thank you for reading and I hope you liked it!
Feel free to leave any comments below and I will reply as soon as I can!

Have a lovely evening!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you all had a good week!

Sorry for not being active over the past couple of days, I have been so busy trying to sort things out for Ireland next Tuesday, So my mind hasn't been focused on blogging.
Although I have planned, written and scheduled posts for the whole of next week while I'm away!

I haven't been on a plane since I was six years old, so it's been fourteen years! I'm a little nervous but I'm more excited than anything. I really hope I get to by the window as I want to see the view when you take off and when you are in the air. I am getting frustrated with the limitations with luggage though! I am flying with Ryan Air and their luggage sizes are so small! How do they expect me to fit all my clothes in a small suitcase! I know I will only be away for a couple of days but I have no idea on what to take, let alone on how I am going to fit it all in!
Anyone have any suggestions on how to pack efficiently? haha :)

Also any Irish bloggers or bloggers who have been to Ireland recommend anyway to visit?
I will be staying in Attrouty, Letterfrack which is near Clifden, so if there is anywhere you think I should check out, feel free to leave it in the comments! I would love any suggestions!

Really sorry that this is a small post! I still have lots of things to sort out but make sure you look out for tomorrow's post!

Thank you for reading and hope you liked it anyway!
Feel free to leave any tips/suggestions for packing or flying, I would really appreciate it! :)

Hello Everyone!
Hope you all had a good day!

Today's post is all about the amazing Alexander McQueen exhibition at the V&A. It is truly spectacular and you would be silly to miss it! Even if you are not keen on McQueen, it is still worth going.

After waiting nearly a year to see this exhibition, I finally got to see it on Sunday 15th March.
I know it was on Mother's Day but when we brought the tickets nearly a year ago and we had no idea that it would fall on Mother's Day. My boyfriend wanted to treat me by going to the exhibition because he knew how much I liked McQueen. My mum was completely fine with it and we spent the day together on the Saturday instead; she was also working on the Sunday so it worked out fine. I just wanted to clear that up since I have had some comments from friends/family about it.

Anyway, the exhibition was just amazing! Savage Beauty is my favourite collection of McQueen's, I just think it is so beautiful and intricate. The prints and embellishments are just perfect and the colours used go so well together. Seeing the collection in person was even better than I thought it would be. After many years admiring photo's, I am so happy that I got to see the collection in person. I'm tempted to go back and see it again before it goes but I'm not sure yet.

The first half of the photos are from out and about around London before we headed into the exhibition.

Leather Jacket - Topshop
Top - Primark
Skirt - Topshop
Boots - Primark

Here are some photo's from the exhibition -

*Please Note*
The photo's below are NOT mine. We were not allowed to take photo's within the exhibition so these are from Google Images.

"Remember Sam Taylor-Wood's dying fruit? Things rot...I used flowers because they die. My mood was darkly romantic at the time." - Alexander McQueen

My favourite dress is the Sarabande Dress (Flower Dress above). I love it! The silk flowers are just beautiful! I love how they are arranged on the base of the dress and most of them are handmade! Real flowers were also used but I'm not sure whether there was real flowers on it now. I just can't explain how much I love this dress!

Below are some items I brought from the V&A shop. I wanted to get something to remember the day by so I decided to get some photo cards with my favourite designs. They didn't have one with the Sarabande Dress but I got one with it the background, haha :) Then I spotted this amazing skull print tote bag and I just had to have it! I have a slight obsession with these bags and since it had this beautiful skull print on, it was a must have for me. My boyfriend Harry spotted a pocket mirror with the same print on so of course I had to have it!

Tote bag - £10
Photo cards - £1 each
Pocket mirror - £5

I really wanted to buy the Alexander McQueen Fashionary as well but I didn't have enough money for everything so I put it back. However I have given it as an idea for Christmas. (I know its a long way away yet!) It was more of a joke than a real idea because I think they are limited edition.
There was so much I wanted! If I had the money I would have brought a beautiful silk scarf with the skull print on! It was so nice!! But at £145, there was no way I could afford it! I have linked the page if you want to see what it looks like! Just click on the 'silk scarf' above!

What is your favourite dress from his collection? Have you visited the exhibition?
Let me know in the comments! I would love to hear what you thought! :)

Thank you for reading and I hope you liked it!
Don't forget to leave any comments below and I will reply as soon as I can!
Have a nice evening!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you have had a good week so far!

I just wish it would be warm already! Fed up with this bitter cold weather. I can't wait for warmer weather and not have to worry about wearing a coat! Even though the sun was shining today in London, when the wind blew it was so cold. I was wearing a leather jacket which doesn't help but it's practically spring, so you would think that it would fine to wear thinner jackets. However, this is Britain after all so I shouldn't be surprised! haha :)

I should get used to being cold though as I'm off to Ireland next Tuesday to visit family. I will be staying in Attrouty, Letterfrack which is near Clifden. I will be on the West coast of Ireland and will have the Atlantic winds blowing over us. As much as I want to take skirts and dresses, I think it would be sensible to take jeans and jumpers instead! I will be writing a post about what I am taking next Monday, so make sure you look out for it!

Anyway this is this weeks style and I hope you like it!

You can view all items here -

After creating this set I have decided that I need these pastel pink jeans from Topshop! High waisted, super skinny and they are pale pink! They are perfect for me!
I have fallen in love with this mint green bag as well! I just love pastel colours :)

Sorry for not posting last night but the post I was writing took much longer than I thought and so I decided that I will post it on Thursday so I didn't rush it. Make sure you look out for it! :)

That's all for this post, sorry its a short one but I got home later than I thought tonight!
Hope you liked it anyway and feel free to leave any comments below!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Over the weekend I visited the Alexander McQueen exhibition at the V&A and it was just amazing! Nearly a year waiting for it and it was definitely worth it! If you are thinking about going, I really recommend that you do! You won't be disappointed! I will go into more detail tomorrow as there will be a post about my day and the exhibition!

Anyway, this my outfit for today, hope you like it!
Had some trouble with the wind again with these photo's!

Top - Primark
Skirt - Topshop
Silk Scarf - Vintage
Shoes - Clarks

This black jersey skirt from Topshop is one of the best buys I have made. You can style it with everything! It is perfect for those days were you don't know what to wear, you can just chuck a blouse or slogan tee with it and your good to go! I have had this skirt for a couple of years now but you can still buy them everywhere.
The top is from Primark and it is my favourite top at the moment, it goes with everything and it is so soft!

My scarf is vintage and the best place to get similar ones is in charity shops. Honestly, just search in the scarf boxes and you will find at least one silk scarf. I love rummaging through the boxes because you never know what kind of pattern you might find. My favourite ones are paisley prints because of the detailed pattern and the colours. Alternatively, you can find them online or buy them from the high street but you probably won't get them as cheap as you would in a charity shop.

That's all for today's post, I know it's a bit of a short one but tomorrow's one will be quite long!
Make sure you look out for it!

Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed it!
Feel free to leave any comments and I will reply as soon as possible!

Hello Everyone!
Hope you are all having a good weekend so far!

For today's post I have decided to show you my latest obsession and that is the 70's style skirt. I know I have previously said that I wasn't keen on the 70's trend but honestly it has really grown on me! I still wouldn't go for flares as it's not my style but everything else I am slowly falling for! Especially the skirts! Ever since I saw the ASOS Button Down Denim skirt (which I am still after) I have been lusting over many more similar skirts and most recently suede ones! I love them!

Many of you probably would have seen Topshop's new denim campaign, if not there will be photo's below. Since I saw the campaign, my obsession for these skirts really hit the roof! I can honestly say that I have never wanted any clothing so much before! Well not to the point of desperately searching online and in stores for cheaper, similar styles. I have seen so many other bloggers style them so well and it just makes it worse! haha!

A couple of photo's from Topshop's campaign!

Totally in love with both outfits!!

I love everything in these photo's and I really need both of these outfits in my wardrobe!!

Here are the four skirts from Topshop that I am after -

You can find them all on Topshop.com

I really need all four of these skirts in my wardrobe! My favourites are the two top skirts, I would love to style them for spring! However for now I can only dream! haha

What skirt is your favourite? Let me know in the comments!

That's all for tonights post, thank you for reading and I hope you liked it!
Have a nice evening!
